WHOLISTIC FITNESS® SPECIALTY WORKOUTS ABS ON FIRE WORKOUT FOR ULTRA POTENT CORE POWER
Below is a modified version of Coach Ilg’s ABS ON FIRE Workout from Wholistic Fitness™. In fact, it’s only the first 1/3 rd of the practice. But it’s enough to get the fire burning in the belly and perhaps leave you wanting more. If that’s the case, feel free to perform another set. Heck, why not work up to 3 sets. Just keep the breath following and the mind focused on the task at hand.
Extra credit: Get outside and take a walk/run or a bike ride for at least a half hour. Don’t forget to stretch afterwards.

Equipment needed: two Power Yoga blocks (wearing YogaToes® during this workout earns more Merit!)
Attitude needed: 110% positive
Benefits acquired: The Spiritual Seeds of Enlightenment and heck why not… some nice looking and functional abs!
Set #1: do one minute of Blocked Crunches. squeeze the Thigh Block (and you can use an Ankle Block too) as hard as you can.
Set #2: do one minute of Right Elbow to the Left Knee Blocked Crunches
Set #3: do one minute of Left Elbow to the Right Knee Blocked Crunches (you BETTER be squeezing FOAM JUICE outta those blocks!)
Set #4: do one minute of Alternating Twist Blocked Crunches (put it all together)
