Loka Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
May all my thoughts, words and actions contribute in some way to the happiness of all beings.
“My entry into the Dharma Stream of multi-disciplined yoga began at a very early age. The lessons continue to this day through an amazing lineage of various teachers, circumstances, challenges, and joys. My Yoga practice gifts me space, understanding, and serenity needed to be at peace with what’s present. My passion and Svadharma in life is to sacredly serve others through various healing modalities while empowering them to live authentically from their essential Divine Self.”
