Joy Kilpatrick’s work is rooted in a deep trust in the body’s innate intelligence and the breath as primary gateways to healing and transformation. Her approach is compassionate, intuitive, and integrative—meeting each individual where they are and honoring the wisdom already within them.

Joy is a certified Yoga Therapist through the IAYT-accredited Inner Peace Yoga Therapy program. She is also an Advanced Thai Yoga Bodyworker, Wholistic Fitness™ Trainer, Lifestyle Coach, and a devoted student of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Reiki practitioner. Her ongoing love of learning reflects a lifelong commitment to unity, presence, and embodied awareness.

In addition to her private practice, Joy has written and instructed a Quick-Fix Power Yoga, authored yoga and breathing articles for various publications, and has been featured in InStyle Magazine alongside Academy Award winner Marlee Matlin. She has a deep passion for working with families and children, offering FamilyTime Yoga and Kids’ Mind and Heart classes both locally in schools and online.

Joy offers her work in reverent gratitude—to Spirit, to her parents, to her beloved daughter whose “eyes light up the world in rainbow colors,” and to her teachers and mentors, including Saul David Raye, Nischala Joy Devi, Dr. Marc Halpern, Neil Pearson, Amy Weintraub, Maria Kali Ma, Michele Lawrence, Steve (Coach) Ilg, and to her inspiring students of all ages.
